Accounting Clerk (m/f/d) 40-60%

Become part of our small, motivated accounting team and take on independent tasks in a modern, service-oriented environment. For our accounting team in Steffisburg near Thun, we are looking for a service-oriented personality with a flair for numbers to support us until July 31, 2026. Employment beyond this period or a permanent position could be possible in the future.

• You will handle the posting of bank and accounts payable documents
• You will carry out the weekly payment runs for accounts payable and manage the accounts payable workflow including master data maintenance
• You will support your colleague in accounts receivable accounting
• You will assist with general accounting tasks and ensure smooth operations within the team
• Additionally, you will work on monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements

• Commercial basic training and several years of experience in accounting
• Solution- and process-oriented working style
• Careful working method with a high quality awareness – you keep an overview and pay attention to details
• High concentration, resilience, and good analytical skills
• Good organizational skills and quick comprehension
• Team player with commitment – you pitch in and bring openness to new things
• Knowledge of AX or D365 is an advantage, as well as good knowledge of MS Office programs, especially Excel
