Job Description

As an IT Digital Consultant, you will support Adone Conseil Suisse clients in the implementation of POS tools (ERP POS, payment solutions, queue and appointment management applications, etc.) or Web/App/E-commerce solutions.

🎯 Your role:

You will be responsible for actions such as:

• Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
• Facilitation of workshops and gathering user requirements
• Writing specifications and functional requirements considering business needs
• Selection and deployment of IT solutions
• Project management assistance and project steering (planning, budgets, reporting…)
• Coordination of project teams
• User support (writing documentation and deliverables, conducting training…)

Qualifications

🦸🏻‍♂️ Your profile:

• With a BAC +5 degree (engineering school, business school, university…), you have at least 5 years of experience in similar missions within a consulting firm or a digital services company,
• You are used to collaborating with teams based abroad: your English is fluent,
• Knowledge of one or more Retail POS solutions (Cegid Y2, Oracle Retail POS/Micros …) and/or E-commerce (Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Magento ...)
