Senior Enterprise Architect (all)

• Overall responsibility for the company-wide Enterprise Architecture based on established frameworks (e.g. TOGAF) and taking into account applicable standards (ISO 27001, DSG, industry regulations)
• Development of a target architecture in close cooperation with strategy, digitalization, IT, CISO, and the business units
• Analysis and structuring of business processes, organizations, and business capabilities
• Definition of target images and guardrails for the strategic further development of the application landscape – in close coordination with IT architect, digitalization, and operations managers
• Close collaboration with the data architect to ensure a consistent data model and support data/AI initiatives
• Evaluation and further development of technological platforms, security architectures, and operating models
• Definition, introduction, and control of architecture principles, EA governance processes, and approval procedures – in close coordination with the architecture committee
• Definition of architecture requirements for the seamless integration of security principles in all domains – in coordination with the CISO
• Support of strategic initiatives together with solution, data, and security architects

• Completed university degree in (business) informatics or an equivalent qualification
• Several years of experience as an Enterprise Architect or in a comparable role with responsibility over multiple architecture areas
• In-depth knowledge of EA frameworks (e.g. TOGAF), modeling methods (e.g. ArchiMate), and tools such as LeanIX or Sparx EA
• Understanding of the specifics of the energy sector, critical infrastructures, or other regulated industries is an advantage
• Analytical thinking and ability to capture and communicate complex systems in a structured way
• Strong communication skills, implementation orientation, and enthusiasm for designing sustainable architecture solutions in a complex, regulated environment
