About the job
The Dielsdorf Health Center is a modern geriatric competence center with around 500 employees from 35 nations. Our services range from counseling for elderly people and their relatives to general and specialized long-term care, as well as home care and support. With over 200 beds, the inpatient general long-term care offering at the Dielsdorf location is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.
Freedom to design as well as the opportunity to help shape dementia care with your expertise. This also includes responsibility in case management throughout the entire care process.
Sharing your proven professional experience at the HF level and in working with people with dementia during regular professional exchanges or training sessions.

- You have completed training as a nursing specialist HF or an equivalent with SRK recognition
- Experience in dealing with people with dementia is an advantage
- You are characterized by strong social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
- High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
- Confident German language skills in speaking and writing (at least level B2)
- Handling modern tools is part of your daily routine (PC)
- You are an organizational talent
