QA Shopfloor Specialist (m/f) 100 %
To strengthen our team in Hettlingen, we are looking for a
Your tasks
- Ensuring strict compliance with GMP standards and quality systems in sterile manufacturing
- Participation in aseptical behaviour monitoring
- Contact person for the operational production areas on quality issues and representative of QA on the shopfloor in the cleanroom area
- Active involvement in the investigation of deviations, root cause analysis, and implementation of immediate corrective actions
- Definition and approval of CAPA measures
- Prevention of deviations and participation in the continuous improvement of quality standards
- Review of manufacturing protocols for the evaluation and compliance of GMP records during ongoing operations
- Close cooperation with the team of Qualified Persons (QPs) to support the release of medicinal products
- Support during regulatory inspections, customer audits, and self-inspections
Your profile
- Completed scientific or technical education, university degree advantageous
- Experience in the sterile area of pharmaceutical production
- Experience in pharmaceutical quality assurance desirable
- Knowledge of GMP guidelines and relevant quality assurance regulations in the pharmaceutical industry
- High technical understanding combined with a proactive, solution-oriented, independent, and responsible working style
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as very reliable and precise work
- Good German and English skills, spoken and written
