Your main tasks include:
You bring the following qualifications:

Responsibility for management and
Federal diploma in real estate management or equivalent training in leasing activities
Professional and personnel leadership of a team,
Several years of relevant professional experience with a valid commercial management certificate in property management (or asset management) of a demanding real estate portfolio (residential, office) in a complex
Proximity to the market and strength in communication
Jointly ensuring the operation of the
Entrepreneurial thinking and action as well as technical facilities in collaboration with

Negotiation skills operational area management, which operates with its own employees and external FM providers

Solid knowledge of tenancy law - Independent management and marketing of commercial properties - Proven social competence in dealing with tenants, employees, and service providers - Budget preparation, forecasting, reporting to management as well as regular reporting to - Independent, organized, and structured management and marketing

Ensuring overall contract management - High performance readiness, service orientation, flexibility, and creativity
Expansion of the billing concept, control
Fluent in German; good English skills are an advantage

- Good user knowledge of the Microsoft suite - Ensuring interfaces with other departments and ideally knowledge of GARAIO REM
- Digital affinity and a flair for numbers - Participation in portfolio management, especially continuous measures to optimize rental properties as well as support in the strategic further development of the real estate portfolio - Developing and integrating new topics (such as digitization of processes and workflows, tenant communication platform, new rental models, etc.)
