FEHLMANN AG develops, produces, and distributes high-quality machine tools worldwide, which are highly recognized globally in the field of precision milling and drilling.

To strengthen our team in the Customer Service department, we are looking for a committed Customer Service Clerk.

Your tasks:

• Operating the telephone switchboard in technical customer service
• Recording customer concerns (tickets) in the ERP system
• Invoicing and controlling customer service deployments
• Travel organization for our field staff
• Supervision of commercial apprentices in customer service
• Various administrative tasks and correspondence
• Deputizing for the telephone switchboard (main number)
• Deputizing for shipping processing

You bring with you:

• Commercial apprenticeship or equivalent training with several years of professional experience in the same or a similar position
• Interest in technical matters
• Native German speaker with good French and English skills, knowledge of Italian is an advantage
• Experience with ERP systems
• Responsible and reliable
• Independent and precise working style
