Foreman / Supervisor Displacement Drilling and SOB Drilling (m/f)

The KIBAG Construction Services AG, Water and Special Civil Engineering in Urdorf is looking to strengthen the team, starting immediately or by arrangement, for an independent and reliable employee. In this role, you will be deployed on our construction sites and carry out work independently and/or under instruction. As the site supervisor, you are responsible for the reputation and appearance of the construction company on the front line. You can expect varied tasks as well as a collegial working atmosphere.

We operate throughout the German-speaking part of Switzerland. Your daily work deployment begins at one of the following base locations: Bäch, Basel, Bassersdorf, Birr, Oftringen, Stansstad, Urdorf, Waldibrücke, Wilchingen, Winterthur. The work location below refers to the contractual place of employment. 

• Independent management of small to large construction projects
• Active participation on the assigned construction sites
• Good contact maintenance with the client or construction management, residents, and authorities (e.g., police, utilities)
• Close cooperation with the responsible construction manager
• Control and improvement of workflows and processes on the construction site
• Responsible for compliance with occupational safety and enforcement of regulations on the construction site as well as adherence to all relevant laws 

• Completed training in the main construction trade with further training as a foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering
• Several years of professional experience as a foreman/supervisor in civil engineering/special civil engineering
• Good knowledge of German
