Nilfisk IVS (Industrial Vacuum Solutions) is the division for industrial vacuum solutions within Nilfisk Cleaning Equipment. It develops and produces high-quality extraction and filtration systems for manufacturing, metal processing, food and beverage industries, as well as the pharmaceutical and semiconductor industries.
Our IVS solutions are specially designed machines that meet the highest standards for handling hazardous and health-damaging dusts and are used both for cleaning and as part of process plants.
This key position combines technical know-how with commercial understanding and is central to Nilfisk's IVS strategy. The tasks range from technical support and product optimization to market analysis and close customer contact in project work. Close cooperation with the rest of the sales team and the production plant is essential.
What you will achieve with us:
Building technical expertise and supporting sales
Product optimization and identification of new market potentials
Collaboration with sales and production
Project development and project work
Managing and developing your sales territory in the field as well as from the home office
Accompanying and supporting colleagues during customer visits with a focus on the IVS (Industrial Vacuum Solutions) business area
Consulting and supporting existing customers as well as developing new business opportunities
Creating and tracking offers as well as monitoring market developments in your area
Coordinating and implementing cross-departmental projects
Active use and maintenance of our CRM system (Salesforce) for efficient management of all IVS processes
What you need for this:
Experience in sales of technical products in industrial environments, ideally in the areas of blowers, dust extraction, pumps, compressors, or comparable systems
Existing and solid network in the pharmaceutical and metal processing industries and similar
At least 5 years of professional experience in industrial processes or process engineering
Experience with complex products and strong analytical skills
Fluent language skills in German and English
