As part of a maternity leave replacement, we are looking on behalf of a client based in the Hauts de Morges region:
a childcare educator
at 60%
Start date: October 1, 2025
Contract: fixed-term until December 19, 2025, with the possibility of extension
Workplace: preschool care facility with 10 places
Your main tasks
- Accompany children aged 2½ to 5 years daily to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Design and implement projects for children and/or their families, according to needs.
- Collaborate with members of the educational team as well as with management.
Your profile
- Holder of a recognized HES or ES diploma in early childhood education in Switzerland.
- Autonomous and able to take initiative.
- Good team spirit and collaborative attitude.
- Enjoy outings with children in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable with proximity and exchanges with families.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to analyze and constructively question oneself.
The client offers
- Working conditions according to the CCT (salaries, holidays, etc.).
- Possibility to supplement the work percentage with occasional on-call replacements.
- Working days: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday.
- Micro-crèche in the heart of nature (close to farms, fields, forests, etc.).
- 2 people present with the children (between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m.).
- Working hours between 6:45 a.m. and 6:30 p.m. (family reception between 7:00 a.m. and 6:15 p.m.).
- Free parking and nearby train station (5 minutes on foot).
- Small educational team.
