These are your tasks

• Independent care, support, and accompaniment of inpatient patients
• Proper execution of nursing measures within your own area of competence
• Independent implementation of daily body care and support of patients in daily life activities
• Recognizing changes and emergency situations, acting appropriately, and initiating necessary measures
• Taking over administrative and organizational tasks in everyday nursing

What we expect from you

• Completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or equivalent foreign training with SRK recognition or positive PreCheck
• Professional, empathetic demeanor, neat appearance, and very good manners
• Enjoyment of working with people and strong service orientation
• Internalized professional standards regarding hygiene, cleanliness, and structured work
• Team-oriented and communicative personality
• Good observation skills, quick understanding of situations, and responsible actions
• Resilience and calmness even in demanding or hectic situations
• Willingness to work weekend shifts and flexible deployment for holiday cover
