We are looking for proactive Sales Assistants to join our Icebreaker & Smartwool team based at FoxTown Factory Store, Mendrisio (Switzerland).  

Sales Assistants inspire our customers, provide excellent service, and help maintain the highest standards in our store.

How to make a difference 

We expect our Sales Assistants to help deliver memorable sales experiences. To do this, they must:   

• Provide high-level service, ensuring all customers are treated with respect.

• Develop in-depth knowledge of the products in the store.

• Maintain merchandising standards in line with brand guidelines.

• Stay updated on current trends and the brand's market positioning.

• Follow all operational procedures in the store and warehouse.   

What are the ideal characteristics of a Sales Assistant?   

• Loves interacting with customers. Acts as an example for the rest of the team through practicality, enthusiasm, and passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience. 

• Has a proactive attitude in facing all store circumstances.

• Has a passion for our brand, fashion, and retail in general.

• Has excellent written and oral communication skills in both Italian and English 

• Is flexible when there is a need to work weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Previous experience is ideal but not necessary. The most important thing is that this person embodies and promotes our guiding principles: live with integrity, act with courage, be curious, show empathy, and persevere.
