In our practices in Zurich City & Löwenplatz, various specialists from General Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Dermatology, Psychiatry, Psychotherapy, Orthopedics, Pneumology, Endocrinology, and Cardiology work together under "two" roofs.

In our practice at Löwenplatz, 2 psychiatrists, 1 psychotherapist, 1 assistant physician, and a specialist in internal medicine work with a broad spectrum of psychiatric and psychosomatic patients. For this team, we are now looking for a Chief Physician.

In this key position, you bear full economic and personnel responsibility for our practice operations in the field of psychiatry and psychotherapy.

• Medical & Professional Leadership: You drive medical quality and innovation forward and ensure first-class patient-centered care.
• Personnel Management: You lead, motivate, and develop our team of 5 people (2 psychiatrists, 1 psychotherapist, 1 assistant physician, and a specialist in internal medicine) and coordinate the collaboration between the doctors/therapists and MPA team with the corresponding MPA team leader.
• Economic Responsibility: You manage the economic affairs of the practice, are responsible for budgets, optimize processes, and thus sustainably secure the practice's success.
• Strategic Development: You shape the strategic direction of the practice, identify growth opportunities, and implement them.
• Communication & Networking: You maintain and expand our network with doctors, hospitals, and other service providers and are a professional ambassador for our practice.

What you bring:

• Several years of experience as a specialist in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• Completed specialist certificate in psychiatry and psychotherapy
• At least 2 years of professional experience in Switzerland, with in-depth knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system
• Several years of proven leadership experience in a senior position in the medical field
• An economic mindset and enjoyment of entrepreneurial responsibility
• Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a confident, motivating personality
• High social competence and enjoyment of interdisciplinary collaboration
• Fluent German skills as well as English spoken and written
