As part of the development of our Business and Community Relations unit within the Marketing, Sales and Communication activity area, we are offering the following position:
Mobility Market Manager
Your mission
You will develop commercial activity in the mobility market by identifying new clients and structuring sustainable strategic partnerships. You will supervise and support the Business and Community Relations Officers as well as the Mobility Project Managers to achieve the set commercial and operational objectives. You will also contribute to innovation and the continuous adaptation of the offer in response to new sector developments (electric mobility, shared, sustainable, etc.).
Your main responsibilities
- Define and deploy the commercial strategy on target mobility markets,
- Identify and develop new commercial opportunities (public clients, private clients, and strategic partnerships) and maintain existing relationships,
- Respond to calls for tenders, oversee the preparation of commercial proposals, conduct contractual negotiations ensuring a balance between financial performance and partnership sustainability,
- Supervise all projects, ensuring deadlines, budgets, commitments, and quality standards are met,
- Support, motivate, and develop a multidisciplinary team (commercial and projects), and promote cross-functionality between internal teams (engineering, marketing, finance, operations) and external stakeholders (clients, partners, subcontractors),
- Define priorities, set clear objectives and monitor performance, allocate resources and arbitrate key decisions,
- Encourage innovation, continuous improvement, and a results-oriented culture,
- Regularly present a detailed report on commercial activities and project progress to management,
- Ensure strategic, regulatory, and technological monitoring to anticipate market trends and the emergence of new innovative offers.
Your profile
- University-level education,
- minimum 5 years of proven experience in project management, personnel supervision and/or in marketing of services or products,
- experience in budget management and management is essential,
- excellent interpersonal skills, service orientation, strong team spirit and true agility in cross-functional collaboration,
- recognized talent for negotiation and a resolutely solution-oriented approach,
- ability to effectively reconcile strategic issues and operational actions,
- in-depth knowledge of the functioning and challenges of the public sector, with a good understanding of its institutional and regulatory dynamics,
- strong interest in sustainable mobility issues and public transport,
- excellent command of French and English (spoken and written),
- very good command of Microsoft office tools and ERP environments, especially SAP.
