Quality Control Leader 80 – 100 % (m/f/d)

The Business Unit Operations produces parts for all Hamilton companies, from injection molded parts to pipette tips for liquid handling to metal and plastic parts. Our goal is to produce as many parts in-house as possible. This keeps us agile, independent, and efficient.

This is what you can achieve:

Creation of verification and validation plans according to the development process

Planning, execution, and documentation of integration and system tests to check Hamilton Liquid Handling instruments, modules, and consumables based on product specifications

Definition of test strategies

Setup and maintenance of test setups

Planning, execution, and documentation of initial sample inspections in the consumables area

Planning, execution, and documentation of risk analyses

Evaluation and analysis of test data

Operation of laboratory automation systems and Hamilton Liquid Handling robots

Creation of test methods with various versions of the Hamilton base software

This is what you bring with you:

Completed bachelor's degree in natural sciences or biotechnology or a comparable training as a bio-, physics-, or chemistry laboratory technician

Experience with laboratory automation, ideally with pipetting robots

Knowledge of laboratory processes as well as practical experience in the laboratory

Good technical understanding

Precise, structured, and independent way of working

Very good German skills in spoken and written form as well as good English skills
