The Autismlink Foundation supports adolescents on the autism spectrum in developing their potential and creating sustainable educational and transition solutions. As a recognized special primary school of the Canton of Bern, we design individual, autism-specific school settings with clear frameworks and reliable contact persons for adolescents in cycles 2 and 3.

Tasks
What awaits you with us
• Two subject responsibilities for a learning group in French and either German, Spaces/Times/Societies or visual arts
• Team teaching and close collaboration within the learning group team
• Work in small, clearly structured learning groups
• Case management responsibility for individual adolescents in a systemic context
• Planning and conducting progress meetings
• Collaboration with adolescents, parents, disability insurance, and external specialist agencies
• Support of school-related and interdisciplinary learning processes
• Participation in school development
You do not work alone with us – we think school together.
Requirements
• Teaching diploma for lower secondary level and/or school special education (or equivalent qualification)
• Interest in working with adolescents on the autism spectrum
• Enjoyment of structured and relationship-oriented work
• Willingness to take responsibility
• Ability to work in a team and openness to exchange
• Desire to learn and develop further
