Tasks
In the area of Crew Training Licensing & Support, you can expect an exciting mix of administrative tasks and insights into flight training.
You process the training data and checks of our pilots and cabin crew members and ensure that everything is smoothly documented and licensed. You work in a dynamic environment with a motivated team that supports and inspires you.
Crew Training Licensing & Support
- Processing of training, checks, and IDs of flying personnel
- Quality control of internal and official forms
- Recording of aeromedical examinations (cockpit and cabin) and pilot licenses
- Management of the Cabin Crew Attestation
- Planning and coordination of the Airline Transport Pilot License examination

Requirements
- Completed high school, technical, commercial or business school or vocational diploma (EFZ)
- Goal: Aviation studies at ZHAW and/or great interest & understanding of the airline business
- Enjoyment of administrative tasks
- Good communication skills
- Ability to work concentrated in a dynamic environment
- High sense of responsibility, authentic, reliable, and extremely trustworthy
- Intrinsically motivated, independent, and structured
- Proficient in the use of Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Very good German language skills and good English skills
