As a complement to our team, we are looking for an immediate or agreed upon start date for a

• Management and leadership of the pharmacy and the team
• Scheduling
• Responsible for the demand-oriented procurement of medicines
• Ensuring the supply of all departments with medicines using the Kanban system
• Responsible for the central medication preparation of the 24-hour medication for the Valens Rehabilitation Clinic and the Clinic Bad Ragaz
• Competent response to professional inquiries from doctors and nursing staff
• Responsible for narcotics controls and management as well as for expiry date and temperature controls
• Master data maintenance
• Inventory management using SAP
• Managing the emergency assortment
• Participation in creating and updating the QM system
• Further development of the operation of the hospital pharmacy according to professional and organizational changes

• Completed training as a pharmaceutical assistant EFZ or pharmacy specialist EFZ, with solid expertise and several years of professional experience – ideally in a hospital pharmacy
• Leadership experience
• Resilience and discretion
• Organizational skills
• Independent, efficient, and responsible working style
• High social competence, quality awareness as well as service and customer orientation
• Friendly manners
• Proficient in MS Office programs, preferably experience with SAP
• Very good German skills in spoken and written form
