The SAG Foundation is a non-profit organization based in Schwerzenbach, which carries out educational and work integration projects for job seekers throughout Switzerland.
On behalf of the Canton of Zurich, we run a temporary employment program (PvB) at the Fachhaus in Schwerzenbach ZH as well as a motivational semester for young adults to integrate into vocational training (SEMO) at YouWork.

As of March 1, 2026, we are looking for a (m/f/d) for the Building Maintenance Competence Center:
Technical Management Building Maintenance (80 - 100%)
Tasks
- Participate in the realignment of the building maintenance and cleaning departments into the newly created competence center
- Guide, accompany and support job seekers in the department
- Plan and organize the work as well as the allocation of participants for work assignments on site and with external customers
- Professional and work-pedagogical support and individual promotion of participants
- Design, implement and further develop professional promotion
- Administrative tasks including reporting for job seekers
- Cross-departmental collaboration and representation in daily operations
- Interdisciplinary collaboration with coaches and educational professionals
- Acquisition of new customer orders
- Maintenance of the building on site in cooperation with the department management
- Maintenance and repair work on buildings, facilities and outdoor areas
- Technical inspection and maintenance of machines and technical equipment
- Coordination with external service providers as needed
- Assistance with internal moves and organization of the building maintenance and cleaning material warehouse
Requirements
- A completed basic education in building maintenance (EFZ) or comparable training and corresponding professional further education (at least a professional certificate) as well as at least five years of professional experience
- Project and work experience with job seekers as well as in interdisciplinary, cross-departmental collaboration
- Work-pedagogical training, basic course in work pedagogy or proven activity as a trainer or willingness to further educate in these areas
- Technical understanding and manual skills
- High social competence, openness to different cultures and life situations, patience in dealing with program participants
- Sense of responsibility and reliability
- Committed, humorous and flexible
- Appreciative, respectful and solution-oriented attitude
- Independent and careful working style
- Good ICT skills (Office 365, TGM software, AI tools, LMS platforms)
