Customer Service Technician / System Installer
for the Engadin
Are you looking for an independent and versatile activity with frequent customer contact during the installation and maintenance of our products on site? Do you want to learn how automatic doors and gates work? Then you are exactly right with us! In this position, you are on average 50% involved in assembly and 50% in customer service. To build the necessary knowledge, you will be thoroughly introduced to our products through the internal training unit, the Gilgen Academy, and continuously trained and further educated.
Your area of responsibility
- You install automatic door and gate systems and become an expert in maintenance work. Repair, supplement, renovate – you get everything running
- Furthermore, you hand over the system to the customer with instructions and clarify and implement customer wishes
- In addition, you take on the on-call service and show that you remain calm even in stressful moments
- If you want to develop further and have built up Gilgen knowledge, the door is open to become a construction-leading chief installer, Academy chief installer, or special system installer
Your profile
- Successfully completed basic vocational training in the fields of construction, electrical, metal, wood, or similar, with a strong connection to mechanics or electronics
- You know the customs on the construction site from your own experience
- Service work is your thing – or you are curious to discover this exciting world
- You have a category B driving license and live in the Engadin
- You present yourself correctly and convincingly, and you are flexible and resilient
