- Support in the further development of existing cooperations in the banking and financial services environment
- Active market observation and analysis, identifying market opportunities and acquiring new partnerships
- Regional responsibility for maintenance, sales promotion, and support of cooperation partners, as well as independent conduct of training in the sales of our cooperation partners
- Participation in internal agile committees and projects to represent the interests of our cooperation partners
- Support of the team in organizational and administrative tasks
- Involvement in monitoring, control, and planning/implementation of measures to achieve goals
Your Skills and Talents
Your Skills and Talents
- French as a native language, as well as good knowledge of German is mandatory, Italian is an advantage
- Completed commercial training or business administration studies (FH/HF), further education in the financial sector is desirable
- Willingness to complete the "VBV" certification if not already obtained
- Professional experience in marketing, insurance, or financial services
- Interest in partnership products, especially pensions (individual life, risk insurance, etc.) and innovative services from the property insurance business
- High willingness to travel within Switzerland (focus: Romandie, Ticino)
- Professional, cross-hierarchical communication skills as well as analytical and conceptual thinking
- Independent and reliable working style, commitment, and motivation
