<li>Lead, Assess and Evaluate the Suppliers of the AI Organization</li>

In this role, you are responsible for the setup, operation, and further development of all IT Service Management (ITSM) processes. You will create IT processes from scratch, lead them, and evaluate them. You complement the team with your practical experience, contribute your ideas, and implement them so that our customers have a great IT experience.

Tasks & Responsibilities

• Development and documentation of AI ITSM processes including SLA, goals, instructions, dependencies of ITSM. Building new processes from scratch
• Collecting, prioritizing, and reviewing requirements for IT Service Management in collaboration with AI stakeholders
• Defining, measuring, and reporting results to AI and plant management including building and further developing dashboards.
• Reviewing and developing continuous improvement measures in collaboration with all AI teams and other stakeholders
• Process consulting for our customers in the nuclear environment and active participation in related projects
• Leading, assessing, and evaluating the suppliers of the AI organization
• Establishing, collecting, and optimizing process costs
• Leading regular ITSM status meetings at the management level
• Participation in the NND (New Nuclear Domain) project
• Taking on additional responsibility in AI processes and projects
