You’ll be part of a dynamic, international team, reporting directly to the Hub Marketing & Sales Manager Europe.
This role offers flexibility in location anywhere within Europe. If you enjoy being close to customers and teams, you’ll thrive in this position—expect to travel 30–50% of the time across the region, building relationships and driving business where it matters most.
How you’ll make an impact
As a strategic sales leader, you’ll be at the forefront of driving business development and sales excellence across Europe. Your impact will span across multiple dimensions:

Design and execute regional sales and business development initiatives aligned with global goals, ensuring targets are met with efficiency and precision

Set ambitious sales targets and lead your team to exceed them, implementing improvement plans where needed

Identify and pursue opportunities with both existing and new customers, allocating resources to maximize acquisition success

Coordinate the flow of sales data—leads, orders, contracts—and analyze performance to guide strategic decisions

Build trusted partnerships with key decision-makers and ensure impactful marketing communications

Achieve volume and product mix targets through smart pricing and margin strategies, while managing costs and negotiating key contracts

Monitor client financials and proactively address contractual risks across channels

Lead the development and execution of sales processes, training programs, and team development initiatives

Organize and empower your team with the right structure, skills, and motivation. Foster collaboration and continuous learning across the region
Your background

10+ years in sales leadership roles, with a proven track record of leading high-performing teams across Europe

Deep knowledge of the electrical and automation sectors, especially in Utilities, Power T&D, Substation Automation and Communication

Skilled in managing virtual teams and driving multi-portfolio solution strategies

Fluent in English, with strong written and verbal skills

Experienced in navigating global matrix organizations

Comfortable with and committed to 30–50% travel, enabling close collaboration with regional teams, stakeholders, and leadership across multiple locations
