Independent support of assigned Medical Centers/Pharmacies in all HR processes
Close collaboration with our regional managers and leaders
Contact person for all personnel-related issues for managers and employees
Travel activity to our locations
Participation in the further development and implementation of HR processes
Active involvement in various exciting HR projects
What you bring:
You have completed training as an HR specialist
You can demonstrate several years of HR experience as an HR People Partner or HR Generalist, preferably in healthcare
You are resilient and nothing easily unsettles you
With your friendly and optimistic manner, you find a good solution for everyone even in difficult situations
