Your Tasks
- Sharing joint responsibility with the supervising ward management, group management, and the main responsible vocational trainer for achieving the professional, personnel, educational, and economic goals of the ward
- Managing professional development and specialist projects at the ward level in coordination with supervisors and the head of professional development, as well as targeted transfer of expertise within the team, consulting on professional questions, and implementing specialist tasks
- Supporting ward management in initiating and shaping change processes
- Comprehensive care and support of patients with a mental illness
Your Profile
- Diploma recognized by the SRK as Dipl. Nurse HF or FH with at least 2 years of experience in psychiatric nursing
- Enjoyment in working on the implementation of specialist topics
- Professional competence at CAS level (CAS Psychiatric Nursing / CAS Dementia and Life Design, or similar) or willingness to complete further specialist training
- Motivation and skills to continuously develop the ward's offerings and processes in interprofessional collaboration, oriented towards the latest findings, and to proactively accompany change processes
- Organizational talent, leadership skills, ideally: completed leadership course
- Open and reflective attitude
