The Dielsdorf Health Center is a specialized care institution with around 430 employees in the Zurich lowlands and ensures care at nursing places for the 22 political municipalities of the Dielsdorf district with approx. 90,000 inhabitants. With over 200 beds, the inpatient offer of general long-term care is complemented by specialized treatment pathways for rehabilitative acute and transitional care, palliative care, psychiatric geriatrics, and the focus on dementia.

The Regional Spitex forms an important part of the care offer. It provides outpatient services for the five contract municipalities. In the future, it is planned to establish a night Spitex.

• Support patients in basic care as well as in care training
• Take over medical-technical activities
• Support admission, discharge, and transfer processes
• Conduct geriatric assessment instruments
• Co-design the rehabilitation process
• Co-responsibility for the design of the care process

• You have completed training as a Health Specialist EFZ or a Swiss SRK recognition
• Networked thinking
• You have pronounced social skills and appreciate interdisciplinary collaboration
• High sense of responsibility, independence, and flexibility characterize you
• Handling modern aids is part of your daily routine (PC, tablet, smartphone)
• Good German skills in spoken and written form (at least level B2)
• Organizational talent
