Your tasks
You will get an insight into political work and interest representation at the national level and support the team in the following activities:
- Monitoring, research, and analysis of political developments, especially in the field of social insurance
- Drafting position papers, policy documents, and arguments
- Preparation and support of lobbying activities
- Organization of events or internal meetings
- Communication and project management tasks related to representing the interests of people with disabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in progress or completed (e.g., in political science, social sciences, law, or equivalent training)
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss political landscape
- Interest in political processes and social policy issues
- Ability to quickly familiarize yourself with new topics
- Writing and analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills and team spirit
- Proficiency in French or German, both spoken and written, good knowledge of the other language
- A versatile and practice-oriented internship in an NGO at the heart of national politics.
