Your Tasks
- Professional, medical, and personnel management of the dependency area consisting of two wards
- Conducting assessments as well as integrated psychiatric-psychotherapeutic treatments of patients
- Monitoring and ensuring performance targets in your own area
- Co-designing and implementing professional and institutional development
- Proactively participating in and driving projects forward
- Leadership, coaching, and promotion of subordinate employees
Your Profile
- Specialist title in Psychiatry & Psychotherapy
- Existing focus title in addiction disorders
- At least 2 years of professional experience in a senior medical leadership role
- Ideally, professional experience from the somatic field
- Very strong leadership personality with high social competence and a positive leadership mindset
- Enjoyment of interdisciplinary work, somatics/psychiatry, and further development of the treatment offer
- Very good German language skills
- Mebeko recognition available
