The vision of the visoparents foundation is a society in which every person can live equally with their individual abilities and strengths.

The daycare center Kinderhaus Imago cares for children with and without disabilities from 3 months old. Our integrative concept is unique in Switzerland: half of the places are reserved for children with a disability, a (rare) illness and/or behavioral difficulties.

We offer three apprenticeships at Kinderhaus Imago Baar starting August 1, 2026.

• You will learn to care for, accompany, and support children with and without disabilities.
• You will help shape the daily activities of the children.
• You will assist with household tasks.
• You will learn child care.

• You have a secondary school diploma level A or B.
• You have interest and joy in working with young children.
• You have empathy and a high sense of responsibility.
• You are flexible and resilient.
