Civil Engineering Infrastructure Project Manager (M/F/X) 80-100%
In this role, you will join a local multidisciplinary team that embodies the core values of our company: solidarity, passion for complex and large-scale projects, spirit of innovation, and friendliness.
YOUR ROLE:
- Manage infrastructure and road development projects, often multidisciplinary
- Ensure planning and management of tasks and resources while guaranteeing compliance with the client’s objectives, as well as quality, safety, deadlines, and budgets
- Collaborate internally or externally with various specialists, including networks (urban hydraulics, gas networks, district heating); structures and underground works; geotechnics; electromechanics, public lighting, and environment
- Lead projects from design to completion, ensuring coordination with the client
- Monitor works and participate in the various meetings this entails
- Client contact, planning, and preparation of offers
YOUR TEAM:
- Engineers and draftsmen in the road domain, or other fields (structures, geotechnics, urban hydraulics…)
COULD IT BE YOU?
- Civil engineering degree (EPFL, HES, or equivalent)
- Sense of collaboration with project teams and their management
- At least 10 years of professional experience in infrastructure, mainly roads, including at least 5 years in Switzerland
- Knowledge of current standards and regulations in Switzerland
- Fluent in French; German and English are assets
