Your tasks
- Overall responsibility for project portfolio management and the PMO
- Management of program and multi-project management across all business areas
- Control and monitoring of customer projects (including rollouts and implementation projects)
- Responsibility for internal projects and development projects in coordination with product and operations areas
- Resource management: planning, coordination, and prioritization of capacities across teams and business units
- Ensuring uniform PM methods, tools, and templates (e.g., SAFe, Agile, Hybrid)
- Introduction and further development of project governance, KPIs, and lessons learned processes
- Close collaboration with CCO, COO, and CPO to coordinate priorities, dependencies, and goal achievement
Your profile
- 5+ years of successful leadership experience in project organization
- 10+ years of experience in project and program management
- Several years of experience in Digital Health / HIS / hospital sector is a great advantage
- Completed studies in medicine, computer science, or similar
- Strong strategic and analytical skills, as well as a very structured approach
- Entrepreneurial thinking, decisiveness, and leadership qualities
- Very high self-motivation, energy, and resilience
- Fluent in German & English, French is an advantage
