Your Tasks
• Leadership, deployment planning, and further development of the team in supply logistics
• Responsibility for the operational control of processes
• Close cooperation with various internal partners to ensure smooth workflows
• Ensuring quality, hygiene, and safety standards as well as continuous process optimization (including digitization)
• Planning and efficient use of resources, including budget control, key performance indicator management, and emergency organization
• Monitoring of stocks, coverage, and material flows to ensure seamless supply
Your Profile
• Completed training in logistics (e.g., logistics specialist EFZ, facility management specialist EFZ, or equivalent training)
• Several years of professional experience in a hospital environment or comparable supply logistics
• Initial leadership experience and/or further training in team leadership/management (e.g., professional examination logistics specialist, SVF leadership or equivalent) is an advantage
• Proficient use of digital tools (SAP, scanner, MS Office)
• Organizational strength, assertiveness, and high service orientation
