For our new bakery team at the Cham location, we are looking for several humorous, flexible, and motivated personalities starting September 1, 2026. With us, you will have the opportunity to perform your work in a unique environment and at a top modern workplace. The St. Jakob Foundation in Zurich offers around 450 people with disabilities protected workplaces and day structures. The employees are guided at work by 170 specialist staff.
These are your versatile tasks
- Alternating and independent management of the various stations in the bakery
- Picking bakery products according to delivery note
- Guiding, challenging, and promoting employees in the secondary labor market
- Compliance with all hygiene regulations
- Compliance with accident prevention regulations
- Receipt and inspection of goods deliveries
- Duty to inform supervisors of relevant matters
- Participation in inventory management and warehousing
- Collaboration with social partners (assistants, etc.)
- Precise and responsible work
- Development & support in building a new branch concept
- Participation in all cleaning tasks and control of final cleaning
What you bring with you
- Completed vocational training as baker - confectioner
- Quick comprehension and good professional knowledge
- Enjoyment in working with people from the secondary labor market
- You are an entrepreneurial thinking and loyal person
- Willingness to work in a structured manner and to set clear rules
- Patience, resilience, tolerance, and a strong sense of order and cleanliness
- Reliability and flexibility (including weekend shifts)
- Teamwork skills as well as high social competence, empathy, and motivation
- Very good oral and written German skills
- Impeccable reputation
