- Together with the AXA product team and our French implementation partner, you develop AXA's new claims reporting and claims processing system for our customers and employees.
- You analyze the processes and professional requirements, take on business requirements engineering, and are actively involved in testing.
- As a member of an agile, cross-functional team, you work on target and future state models.
- With your open mindset, you actively drive larger topics forward and coordinate their stakeholders.
- You regularly exchange ideas with our French implementation partner.

Your Skills and Talents
- Business analysis is your passion; you already have several years of experience in business analysis or requirements engineering in a large corporate environment, are methodically strong, and ideally already hold a certification as a Business Analyst / Requirements Engineer.
- You approach new topics in a structured way, can quickly grasp complexity, and deliver high-quality results.
- You look for sustainable solutions, question existing implementations, and are courageous, creative, pragmatic, and proactive.
- You bring good technical understanding and enjoy collaborating with software developers.
- Good German and English skills, both spoken and written.
- You are a committed personality capable of proactive and effective communication to ensure smooth exchange with our French implementation partner.
- Practical experience in agile teams is an advantage.
- Knowledge of non-life insurance and the financial industry is an advantage.
