This position offers varied activities within our headquarters in Villars-sur-Glâne or at our branch in Gland to serve our clients based in French-speaking Switzerland.

What we expect from you:

• Carry out implementation and integration projects in the field of Microsoft 365 Collaborative Tools, particularly on SharePoint Online and Microsoft Teams applications (including telephony part)
• Carry out consulting projects in the field of Microsoft 365 Governance (security, organization, and tenant configuration in particular)
• Train our clients on the use of Microsoft 365 applications and best practices of Collaborative Tools (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, OneNote, Forms, Bookings, Planner, Project, etc.)
• Provide second-level support for complex operational requests that our Service Desk cannot handle
• Promote our solutions to our clients and assist our sales team in pre-sales
• Stay at the forefront of innovations in the field of Microsoft 365 Collaborative Tools to continuously contribute to the evolution of our standards

What you bring:

• A higher education degree ES, HES in computer science or business administration (or equivalent qualification)
• Strong knowledge of the Microsoft 365 environment and particularly Microsoft Teams and SharePoint Online applications. Knowledge in telephony and its integration with Teams, MS-700 Teams Administrator Associate certification is an asset
• Experience in user training or a strong interest in knowledge transfer
• At least 3 years of proven experience in a similar position within a service company
• Developed listening skills with a good dose of diplomacy and interpersonal skills
• Excellent analytical and synthesis skills as well as a structured work method focused on priorities
• A high degree of autonomy and stress resistance while being flexible
• Your willingness to continue learning and obtain certifications
• A driving license (category B) essential for free travel in French-speaking Switzerland
• Fluency in French with good knowledge of English
