About the job

With your tasks, FORTYSEVEN becomes a wellness oasis

• You take care of the entire bath and sauna area and ensure the well-being of your guests through attentive care, expert advice, and inform them about our extensive range of services and products
• In addition, you ensure the safety of our guests by proactively preventing accidents and providing medical first aid in emergencies
• You play an important role in maintaining the cleanliness of the thermal spa. With great care, you carry out minor cleaning tasks and responsibly take water samples according to SIA standards
• You conduct our popular sauna infusions and are part of our innovative sauna events. In your bath/sauna area, you thus create an extraordinary guest experience
• During your rounds, you take care of the beverage stations and ensure that the tea is always refilled and the area is kept clean. You take care of supplying the laundry carts with used laundry and provide fresh laundry. Finally, you monitor the lost and found area and ensure that all lost items are found again

Your profile

• You have completed BLS-AED training and successfully obtained the SLRG Pool Plus and/or IGBA Pro swimming certificate
• Ideally, you have training as a specialist in pool operations (DE) or have attended the BAKU bath attendant course (CH) of the IGBA
• Ideally, you have already had the opportunity to pamper guests with excellent sauna infusions in the past and actively participated in sauna events

Your personality

• The satisfaction of our guests is of utmost importance, and you have the ability to interact with them in a professional and warm manner to create a positive experience
• You are someone who values teamwork and actively encourages and supports your team colleagues
• You don't mind working in shifts, on weekends or holidays, but you enjoy at least one free weekend per month
• For these tasks, it is important that you have good physical fitness and are used to being on your feet all day. Also keep in mind that we always have warm temperatures and the humidity in a thermal spa can be quite high – you should like that
• You are known for your sense of responsibility
