Your tasks
- Implementation of the strategic orientation in line with the foundation's purpose and mission statement
- Overall responsibility for economic, organizational, and personnel management
- Representation of the foundation internally and externally – including active networking and public relations work
- Responsibility for finances, budget planning, controlling, and sustainable resource management
- Responsibility for leading, further developing, and motivating professionals as well as shaping a appreciative, participatory organizational culture
Your profile
- Several years of experience in a leadership position, ideally in a foundation, non-profit organization, or social sector
- Tertiary education (university of applied sciences or equivalent qualification)
- Sound knowledge in corporate management, finance, and organizational development
- Empathy and sensitivity in dealing with the concerns of mentally impaired people
- Strong communication skills, networking abilities, and persuasiveness
- Strategic thinking, assertiveness, and enthusiasm for shaping
- High personal integrity and identification with the values of our foundation
