For over 50 years, our international guests have been indulging in exotic drinks and Eurasian culinary delights at our world-famous Polynesian specialty restaurant Trader Vic's. To offer our guests the highest quality, we are looking to strengthen our kitchen team as soon as possible.
As part of your duties, you will perform the following tasks:- Processing reservation requests from our guests, as well as creating reservation previews and correspondence
- Welcoming and receiving arriving guests
- Contact person for guest complaints as well as handling and, if necessary, forwarding them to the responsible restaurant management
- Responsible for maintaining the existing guest database of Trader Vic's and handling the reservation system Sevenrooms
- Successfully completed vocational training in the hotel industry or comparable qualification
- Friendly, courteous, guest-oriented, and professional demeanor
- Very good German and English skills, additional foreign language is an advantage
- Confident handling of Microsoft Office programs
