• You are the hub of our production and ensure that everything runs smoothly - from quality to safety.
• When things get hectic, you perform at your best: You create structure, set clear priorities, and provide your team with orientation.
• You bring people, machines, and processes into harmony - and you are right in the middle of it, not just on the sidelines.
• Disruptions are not a problem for you, but an opportunity: You tackle them systematically and find sustainable solutions.
• You make improvements visible and actively drive them forward - whether through shopfloor boards, POKA, or your own initiative.

• You are flexible, hands-on, and remain confident even in a dynamic 3-shift operation - new tools like MES or SAP do not intimidate you.
• You know production from your own experience - as a certified plant operator EFZ or food technologist EFZ.
• The food industry is your home - ideally, you even have experience in the dairy environment.
• You think and act technically: You understand what is behind the equipment (e.g., pneumatics, sensors, motors), recognize connections, and are able not only to fix disruptions but truly understand them.
• You lead people with clarity and respect and create an environment where collaboration works.
