Your mission
- You will support our clients, mainly small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs), foundations, and associations, in the strategic and financial management of their activities.
- You will play a key role in optimizing financial processes, developing regular reports, financial dashboards, and performance indicators (KPIs) to improve profitability and guide decision-making.
- You will be involved in specific external missions such as reorganizing finance functions, improving budget management tools, transitioning to a new ERP, or auditing stakeholders.
- You will be required to take on interim roles for certain strategic financial positions of our clients, such as head of the accounting department.
- You will provide your expertise to help decision-making governance bodies anticipate and manage risks, oversee their treasury, and ensure rigorous monitoring of their economic performance.
- You will also contribute to the development of our client portfolio by participating in commercial initiatives, tenders, or professional events.
- You are ready to take on transitional management roles at our clients, such as interim financial manager.
- You will contribute to the establishment of structured internal tools (offer templates, tracking tables, presentations, reports) to develop the consulting department.
Your profile
- You have confirmed experience (min. 5 years) in financial management, auditing, management control, or financial consulting.
- You understand the financial challenges of SMEs and have a good knowledge of Swiss accounting standards.
- You are comfortable in dynamic and field-oriented environments, and you have a strong network in French-speaking Switzerland (ideally Vaud and/or Geneva).
- You are at ease with client prospecting interactions and manage your portfolio dynamically and regularly.
- You can identify client needs and take necessary actions.
- You are autonomous, rigorous, and possess excellent analytical skills.
- You are proficient in reporting tools and ERPs (Bexio, SAP, Abacus, Oracle, or equivalent).
- You are comfortable with Microsoft 365 tools (Excel, PowerPoint, Copilot).
- You hold a degree in economics, finance, or management control (HEC, HEG, or equivalent).
- You are proficient in English at a professional level.
