Main tasks
We need a dynamic sales talent to manage the German-speaking region over the phone. We offer a modern infrastructure and flexible working conditions.
- Responsibility for the sale of our successful catering concepts
- Expansion, further development, and maintenance of customer relationships; presentation of new products
- Negotiation of prices and commercial terms
- Budget responsibility and planning of measures
- Maintenance and establishment of contacts with decision-makers
- Sales of our top coffee concepts, such as Starbucks, Nescafé, and spiral machines
- Preparation of offers and customer presentations
- Contact person for contract management
- Maintenance of the CRM system
- Completion of customer-related administrative tasks
- Internal coordination with the departments of Operations, Technology, and Marketing
- Creation of customer analyses and evaluations
Education
- Completed vocational training
- Proven sales experience with successful results
- Further training with a focus on sales is an advantage
- Experience in the FMCG sector is an advantage
- Experience with CRM systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics or comparable)
- Proficient in MS Office
Profile
- Business administration knowledge
- Confident sales professional with a winning personality
- Independent working style and a strong understanding of relationships
- Fluent German in spoken and written form; knowledge of French and English is an advantage
