Job Description
- Implementation of care and administration concepts in the new integrated care regions in collaboration with local teams.
- Guidance of health coordinators and local teams in introducing interdisciplinary working methods, network structures, and the implementation of the VIVA promises.
- Participation in the development of new outpatient care models that meet the challenges of the Swiss healthcare system (digitalization, integration of new professional profiles).
- Promotion of an innovation culture in the regions, especially through the exchange and networking of projects and best practices.
- Implementation of evidence-based practices, including shared decision-making with patients.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in nursing science or public health.
- Bachelor's degree in nursing with additional training (CAS/DAS) in care coordination.
- Extensive experience in the outpatient sector, ideally in a medical practice.
- Experience in project management and change management.
- Very good knowledge of the Swiss healthcare system.
- Pragmatic, communicative, and empathetic personality with moderation and networking skills.
- Ability to lead working groups, mobilize stakeholders, and promote a cooperative culture.
- Native German speaker; French or English at an intermediate level.
