Profile
= Completed training as construction supervisor, site manager, or comparable qualification
= Experience in the maintenance of road/civil engineering projects
= Initial experience in staff management and site supervision is an advantage
= Leadership skills and assertiveness, communicative
" Quality awareness, structured working method
= Experienced handling of MS Office applications, SAP (advantageous)
Main tasks
= Management and organization of complex construction sites in maintenance
= Supraregional site supervision in German-speaking Switzerland
= Coordination of personnel, machinery, and material deployment
= Responsibility for billing, costs, quality, and adherence to deadlines
