WHAT YOU CAN ACHIEVE
As an internal service provider, you support our teams in creating optimal and tailored offers for potential new customers as well as for existing customers. You accompany and lead the offer process, analyze customer needs, and create offer texts. In Bid & Proposal Management, you turn offers into convincing sales documents where the customer recognizes their benefit.
- Management of the offer processes, both for potential new customers and for existing customers
- Coordination and support of all participants in the offer team
- Preparation of offer documents and creation of offers in German, English, and French
- Recording of inquiries as well as monitoring of tender platforms
- Maintenance and further development of proposal management tools
HOW YOU SUCCEED
- Education: A completed degree in Business Administration, STEM, or a comparable field forms your basis for this role
- Interest in creating offers for public-law (e.g., WTO) and private-sector tenders
- High communication skills and design ability as well as confident and customer-oriented demeanor
- Attention to detail and quality awareness as well as high personal responsibility, reliability, and helpfulness
- Strong team and communication skills as well as customer orientation
- Language skills: Excellent command of German, English, and French, both spoken and written.
