Export & VID Specialist (m/f/d) 80-100%

We employ around 130 staff in the business areas of research & development, sales, production, assembly, service, and support at our two locations in Murgenthal and Rothrist. Your area of responsibility

• Order processing from quotation to delivery including invoicing
• Order and deadline monitoring
• Handling of national and international shipping processes including customs formalities and organization of transport
• Document management for import and export transactions
• Support of our customers and suppliers by phone and reception
• General administrative tasks and master data maintenance

Your profile

• Completed commercial basic training as well as professional experience in export and internal sales, preferably in the MEM industry
• Sound knowledge in export business with further training as an export specialist with a federal diploma or equivalent is an advantage
• Good knowledge of German, English and preferably French (spoken and written)
• Proficient in using Office programs and ERP systems, Microsoft D365 is an advantage
• Independent, structured and reliable way of working
