Property Manager 70-100%
Your responsibilities
You will independently manage a diverse residential and commercial portfolio in Zurich. This includes apartment inspections and handovers during initial rentals and tenant changes, as well as ensuring smooth property maintenance. You are the contact person for tenants – both in person and by phone – and handle matters related to rental contracts, contract changes, and rent adjustments. You keep an eye on the current rent policy and advise owners competently on setting rental prices. If needed, you plan minor renovations and accompany larger renovation projects in close cooperation with the project management of the construction department.
Your profile
- Several years of experience in the real estate industry
- Further education as a property manager with a federal diploma
- Confident German language skills, both spoken and written
- Solid accounting and legal knowledge (OR, ZGB, and SchKG)
- Proficient in MS Office
- A competent, customer- and solution-oriented working style
- High social competence and good planning and organizational skills
- Commitment, motivation, and identification with our values
