Department Assistant

We are looking for reinforcement for our team! In this role, you are the contact person for our colleagues as well as the department management. You support with overview, organizational talent, and structure. On certain days, you also take over the telephone service. You work closely with other assistants and ensure that everything runs smoothly – loyal, reliable, and with high quality.

Your tasks

• Contact person for the administrative concerns of the department
• Ensuring and further developing the assistance operations within the team
• Assisting with covering the telephone service
• Main interface for the smooth, harmonious flow of work in the department

Your profile

• Completed commercial training with professional experience in a comparable function, ideally within administration or an administration-related operation
• Strong administrative and organizational skills with a high service orientation and quality standards
• Good German skills in spoken and written form
• Team player with a winning and reliable personality
• Interest in environmental protection, possibly even in water protection
