The services of the Rail and Urban Mobility division are tailored to railway and transport companies as well as their supplier industries. Our portfolio includes over 30 renowned public transport operators, with large railway companies and urban transport operators playing a central role.

This is the job – Your main tasks

• You lead demanding consulting projects end-to-end in the area of Rail and Urban Mobility. You are responsible for activities along the digitization of railway and transport companies and expand these both in terms of acquisition, personnel, and expertise.

• You win new mandates: You develop the pipeline, maintain your network, and create convincing offers. You are responsible for the performance-, deadline-, and cost-compliant execution of projects in the market area.

• You further develop our services for Rail and Urban Mobility. This is on the one hand in industry-specific topics such as customer information, sales, Automatic Train Operation, and along our core competencies (e.g., Sourcing & IT Advisory, Data & AI).

• You lead, coach, and develop the consulting team, are responsible for staffing and knowledge building, and recruit new employees including structured onboarding.

• You contribute to the further development of an exciting customer segment and engage in the group-wide Transport & Logistics Community. As part of the management team, you actively shape the culture and growth of the Eraneos Group. 

This job is for you if

• You don’t just hear "station" when you hear the terms ILTIS, NOVA, and ATO.

• You bring extensive professional experience in public transport and from strategy, management, and/or technology consulting.

• You can demonstrate a university degree at the master’s level.

• You have experience in project business (in-house, external), preferably with IT affinity, e.g., in digitization, process design, or change management.

• You bring a network and a customer platform for acquiring new mandates.

• You are eager to change and lead the universe of Rail and Urban Mobility in Switzerland into the future with us.

• You have fluent German and English skills, French skills are an advantage.
