The EOC, the multisite hospital of Ticino, is present with its institutes as a whole, guaranteeing the population a commitment and the competence of over 6,500 collaborators and their attention to human relations. The EOC ensures quality healthcare by caring for over 41 years and providing more than 600,000 outpatient consultations. The following position is aimed at candidates who wish to submit an unsolicited application as a Medical Practice Assistant. Profile: The suitable person for the role is a certified medical practice assistant with good computer skills and knowledge of the national languages. Experience in a hospital setting and knowledge of spoken and written German are preferred qualifications. The candidate easily learns new tasks, is flexible, knows how to work in a team, and has strong organizational skills as well as autonomy in performing their work. They are capable of managing several activities simultaneously, technically skilled, comfortable with new technologies and innovations in general; they remain calm under pressure and know how to inspire confidence, proving to be a serious and available person. They organize their time efficiently and focus their efforts on the most important priorities. They demonstrate particular sensitivity in trying to understand the needs of users and believe, as we do, in the importance of putting the patient at the center of all our attention.
