The Eichholz Foundation is a social psychiatric institution. At the city border of Zug, a future-oriented living and working space was created in October 2021 for 44 people with a mental impairment and/or an addiction disorder. In 30 single rooms, 2 studios, 12 shared living places, and a large studio, we support the service users in a needs-oriented, professional, and solution-oriented manner in organizing their daily lives. The studio is run as part of the day structure without pay and is also available to external persons.
We are looking for a:
Housekeeping Employee 40%
Your main tasks include:
- Cleaning residents' rooms, general rooms, and facilities (spot, weekly, and basic cleaning)
- Early shift with breakfast preparation, dining room, washing up
- Evening shift with occasional meal distribution, washing up
- Occasional assistance in the laundry
We wish for a reliable, independent, and humorous person preferably from the region. You bring a good understanding of hygiene and enthusiasm for the profession. Very good German skills and understanding of Swiss German are mandatory. Openness and willingness to work with people with mental impairments are also very important. We also train apprentices who require appreciative support. Occasional work on weekends and/or public holidays is not a problem for you.
